All items are handmade to order in St. Charles, MO. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized pieces may take 7–10 business days, depending on design and order volume.
📦 Packaging & Handling
Each item is carefully wrapped and cushioned to ensure it arrives safely. Wood rounds and décor pieces are boxed securely and labeled “Fragile.” We take pride in presentation — your order will be ready to gift or display right out of the box.
🚛 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. If you need an order by a specific date (for an event or gift), please contact us before purchasing — we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
🏠 Local Pickup
Free porch pickup is available in St. Charles, MO. Select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll message you when your order is ready. Please inspect items at pickup — once they leave our porch, they’re considered accepted.
🌎 Shipping Locations
Currently, we ship within the continental United States only. If you’re local and wish to save on shipping, porch pickup is encouraged!

Returns & exchanges
At White Barn Wonders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade décor. Here’s our policy on returns and exchanges:
🌿 Handmade with Care
Every White Barn Wonders item is handmade in St. Charles, MO. Small variations in wood grain, texture, or finish are natural and make each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
🚫 Custom & Personalized Orders
All sales are final on custom or personalized items. Once an order has been created or personalized, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
📦 Non-Custom Items
If a non-custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
💌 Returns
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
🏠 Local Pickup Orders
Please inspect your purchase at pickup. Once the item leaves our porch, it is considered accepted.
